Hi, I'm John, I'm a Pilates Instructor with the World Organization for Fitness and Wellness. I attended my first Pilates class 5 years ago in London; since then, under the guidance of skillful teacher trainers, I became certified to teach Pilates. My wellness has improved with regular Pilates practice and here at the World Organization for Fitness and Wellness we want to help you improve your wellbeing too.
