It can be difficult in this time of Covid-19 lockdown to keep active and free from worries.
One of the good things about Yoga and Pilates for fitness and mindfulness is that they do not take up much space. If you have a garden or even a small yard and the weather is favourable, you can even enjoy the fresh air whilst you exercise. If the weather does get sunny don't forget to put on your sunscreen! Look after you body and mind with some fresh mindful exercise outdoors.
You don't have to be a professional fitness instructor or Pilates or Yoga teacher to give it a go.
If you catch your neighbours peering at you over the garden fence, keep smiling and ask them if they would also like to do some mindful exercise in their own garden!
