Even in these difficult times of Covid-19 these beautiful wild spring flowers are feeling the sun and the rain. Flowers need the sun and rain to nourish them.
We can still enjoy the outdoors whilst undertaking our daily outside exercise. We can nourish our bodies with fitness exercises such as walking, cycling or running whilst enjoying being outside. For those lucky enough to have a garden they can do some Pilates, Yoga, aerobics, HIIT or even Zumba (you never know, the neighbours may join in on the other side of the fence!).
It is important to also nourish our minds; we can read, do a training course, teach ourselves something new. It is vital, now more than ever, that we don't retreat from ourselves.
